The orthosis is open in the front, made of textile, provided with:
• a non-slip silicone elastic band (10mm) inside the upper part
• 2 hook and loop straps on the thigh
• 2 hook and loop straps on the leg
• 2 metal splints with mobile, adjustable and lockable articulations, one on each side. The adjustment device is easily accessed on the sides, covered with a plastic cap. The angle is adjusted with 2 rivets. The possibilities of limiting the movement are:
- flexion 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 60°, 90°
- extension 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 60°, 90°
• 2 hook and loop straps on the leg
• 2 hook and loop straps on the thigh
• cutout in the popliteal region for comfort.

The orthosis is a support for the knee joint, the 2 lateral metal splints providing stability and safety in use. Due to its particular shape, it can be used also in case of a deformed knee. The compression can be adjusted by the frontal closure system and the 4 fastening straps.

It is used for postoperative recovery, control of the flexion and extension of the knee articulation.
The laminated textile ensemble behaves like a moisture regulator, ensuring a quick transfer of the moisture to outward.
