It is a tubular, closed orthosis, made of textile, provided with:
• 4 spring type metal splints, 2 on each side
• patellar support (polyethylene foam)
• elastic strap across the patellar support (secured differently for the left and the right knee). The extra buckle (after the elastic strap is secured) is cut off.

The orthosis is a support for the knee joint, the 2 spring type metal splints for each side providing stability and safety in use.
Due to its tubular, sleeve shape, it is not recommended to be used in case of oedema or significant swelling.
It is used in cricks, luxations, post consolidated fractures, lateral knee joint instability, inflammatory processes, anterior cruciate ligament injury. It is recommended both as orthopedic treatment and postoperative.
Neoprene, with textile liner on both sides, 100% polyester.
