Brace made of textile, provided with:
• one mouldable metal splint
• one finger strap
• one palm strap
• one radiocarpal fastening band.
The closure is made with 3 straps, provided with hook and loop fastener, on the back of the hand.
Length: between 26-28 cm, depending on size.
The orthosis stabilizes and immobilizes the joints of the hand and fingers II-V, and the radiocarpal joint.
It can be used on both the palm and the back of the hand, immobilizing 2 fingers at a time.
It is used in case of metacarpophalangeal sprain II – V, proximal interphalangeal sprain fingers II-V, metacarpal fracture II-V, proximal and middle phalanx fracture fingers II-V.
The laminated textile ensemble behaves like a moisture regulator, ensuring a quick transfer of the moisture to outward.
