The orthosis has 3 components:
• arm support cushion, made of polyurethane foam (sponge), covered with textile material, provided with two inclinations: 45° and 60°. The abdominal cushion is fixed to the abdomen with a positioning belt provided with 2 double buckles for adjustment
• forearm fixing component, made of polyurethane foam (sponge)
• dynamic hand support component, optional (cylinder made of low-density polyurethane foam, for fist gymnastics)
• thoracic harness made of 4 straps adjustable by cutting them and repositioning the “crocodile” type hook and loop fastening, provided with 2 rings and 2 protective sleeves.
The orthosis has the possibility of fixing the arm in abduction at 45° or 60° from the chest, by changing the position of the support cushion.
It can be used both on the left and on the right side.

The orthosis is made of polyurethane foam (sponge) .
The textile material made of polyamide fiber has a high resistance to chemical and biological agents, resists abrasion and does not absorb water.
